MRI revealed two disk herniations and a small tear. YESSSSSSSSSSSS

Was advised to stop lifting weights, but strengthen my abs, back, thighs and hams. I ordered a body blade today. I'll post vids, lol

start focusing on doing alot of core exercises. it will make a difference

the disc by my L5 I think it is. No surgery requirted. Just have to be careful and focus on the muscles around my lower back.

alot of people fail to realize that MOST back problems are due to lack of abdominal strength

Thanks, I actually feel fine. GOt the MRI because I was curious. Guess better to find out that way, rather than just getting hurt again, lol. My abs were never that weak, but I really gotta work them now
