So I am down 11 pounds now, I know I will not loose the full 30 that I wanted but I am really feeling good. I been running allot and for the first time since my Army days I actually enjoy it. Feeling lighter on my feet. I think if I really put my mind to it I can get down another 10 pounds in 3 weeks.

First I dont party at all anymore, being a Dad and having a morgage does that to a person....LOL

My workout are like this

Monday - Upper body 20 minutes of HIIT cardio

Tuesday - Run for 30 to 40 minutes (treadmill)

Wednesday - Lower body plus 20 minutes of HIIT cardio

Thursday - Run for 30 to 40 minutes (treadmill)

Friday - Upper body 20 minutes of HIIT cardio

Sat - off
Sun- off

My workout are like this

I am not talking about "partying" I mean just going out in general, drinking, loosing sleep ect. Those play big factors when your trying to reach a certain goal in a short amount of time. And usually when people get drunk they make poor decisions on snacking late at night which is not going to help either.

I would add an extra day of cardio in if I was you....at least until this thing is over. Hell, I would even go 7 days straight until November, its less then a month away.

So we had a little weigh in yesterday with 2 weeks left. I have lost 12 pounds so the contest is based on how much % weight you lost. Right now I am down 5% of my body weight. So I got to keep strong the nest two weeks and the 200 bucks is mine.
