anyone else having joint pains in the past week due to the change in weather?

my wrist is so messed up and my ankles are killing me. my lower back seems fine but my neck continues to get stiff.

anyone else going through this type of stuff?

I have, but I been in some kind of pain pretty much every day for the last few months :disgusted

ive been dealing with migraines mostly and this new ailment is the icing on the cake

i get really bad headaches when the weather changes so drastically like this. also get that annoying lingering pain in my left leg.

I'll get it in my knee and shoulder -- especially if its been rainy or really cold for a few days.

In yoga they teach you to do hand clenching and wrist bending to help ease the pain. It also helps prevent arthritis in the future.

Do you use your hand a lot? Is it job related pain?

i have arthritis already & i'm only 27.

OMG...how did that happen?? My mother suffers badly from it in her knee.

What are you doing for the pain?

my elbow acted up like crazy this week. supposed to start throwing off a mound in 3 weeks im gonna be sick if i gotta push it back :grumpy

I got this really bad almost two years ago. I went and got bloodwork done and found that I had a vitamin d difficiency-I went on prescription vitamins and I still get pain when it's too cold or very humid but it's not that bad anymore.

try and load up on vitamin d and see if it helps.

could be a number of things.... if you have had blood work done and it isnt arthritis, fibromyalgia, or lupus then it could very possibly be athralgia. athralgia is a very similar pain to arthritis, only it isnt inflammatory like arthritis.

this could be possible. ive been bad with supplements. i have got to start taking a multi vitamin daily.

I actually have scoliosis..:( When it gets colder I ache so much more..

Reach down grab ahold of your balls squuuueeeeeze them and tell the pain to go away,at 24-25 you should be impervious to pain

I think if anyone has arthritis like pain they have a right to whine. When I had that pain...it felt like needles pinching me in my ankles every time I took a step. So glad I dont have it as frequently as I used to.
