how long were u sick for? b/c i've been sick since friday and i seem to be getting worse :pullhair (fever wise) now its moved from my head into my chest so now im coughing like a maniac

in bed for 5 days, still have a cough 7 days later but im 99% better

i was out of commission for at least 5 days....finally feeling better this week

had bronchitis about 3 weeks ago. now since the weekend, coughing so hard i wake up at night. got mucinex yesterday and it seems to be helping a little bit but jeez :pullhair

I got sick on september 28th (i remember precisely b/c it's the day i left for vegas lol) and i am STILL not fully better! I don't feel like i'm on my death bed any more .. no more fever ... but i still have a lingering cough and sore throat

2 days .. Took lots of vitamins .. Meds .. Worked out .. Kept moving around .. Thats the only way u will get better .. Laying in bed only makes it worse i feel .. Well at least for me

def. wasnt me i was home friday lol but if u ever do see me (and its actually me haha) feel free to say hi :agree and as for how im feeling...a lil better today but i still have a low grade fever and that raspy cough

I bet if you start taking mega doses of Vitamin C you'll feel better.

by mega doses I mean powdered Vit. C. sounds like your sicknes is pretty strong so speading 5000mg throughout the day in 1000mg doses. that doesnt work try doubling it. and increas eit again.

i was real sick in early sept. tried 3000mg the first day increase it to 6000 then 9000 for 2 days and felt better after the first day of 9000mg

I dont like going to AMA doctors unless its absolutely necessary. homeopathic remedies all recommend this

but were you taking megadoses or just 1g? def need more than 1g. 6, 9, 12, 15 colds are funny things im so glad I dont get sick often and when I do they dont stick around
