to lose the baby gut and be more lean,i never been steady over the years,so i havent been lifting for a long time,so my workouts arent heavy-aiming to be some size on
main focus should be your diet and your cardio routine. as soon as u get those down, your on your way to a better physique. can't stress how important diet is.....but i'll let Cher take care of that :agree

STRAIGHTEN OUT THE DIET AND CARDIO WILL get rid of the fat, the lifting theres a ton of different workouts for whatever goal u have in mind..........

i stopped drinking 4 7 months just to see the difference i was eating 1800 calories a day in the gym 5 days a week i was down to 189, i dont look good at 189 looked like a crackhead, u stop drinking u will lean out faster
210- 220 i like the way i look, Im not 1 of the shredded skinny boys never was.......
Most ppl think their diets good but it isn't. Check your pm's. If you really want my help, I will help you , but you have to follow what I say and you have to be honest with the questions I ask you.
if you really are serious about dieting and getting in shape, drinking has to be very limited (i would cut out all together).....atleast till you reach your goal.
