i just recently got back into the gym,been focused 5 times a week,eating right and looking to have a better routine,as of now here is my routine
mon-legs
tues-shoulders
wed-back
thurs-chest
fri-arms
sat and sun i work all day so cant make it to the gym,and each day i follow up with situps and 30 mins on the bike--my question is do you think im doing the right routine ?should i change it up?meaning i know some people do back and bi's and so on,need your advice people-would really appericate it

to lose the baby gut and be more lean,i never been steady over the years,so i havent been lifting for a long time,so my workouts arent heavy-aiming to be some size on

main focus should be your diet and your cardio routine. as soon as u get those down, your on your way to a better physique. can't stress how important diet is.....but i'll let Cher take care of that :agree

STRAIGHTEN OUT THE DIET AND CARDIO WILL get rid of the fat, the lifting theres a ton of different workouts for whatever goal u have in mind..........

def hear you on the diet-drink water all day,if i have lunch its always either a wrap or whole wheat bread-my biggggest prob is drinking-my fav is goose wit 7up,i tried goose n club but cant--so im just gonna take it easy for a while,until i can totally change--my diet is good,eggwhites for breakfast,apple for coffee break--lunch is good and when i come home ill have tuna out of the can

i stopped drinking 4 7 months just to see the difference i was eating 1800 calories a day in the gym 5 days a week i was down to 189, i dont look good at 189 looked like a crackhead, u stop drinking u will lean out faster
210- 220 i like the way i look, Im not 1 of the shredded skinny boys never was.......

if you really are serious about dieting and getting in shape, drinking has to be very limited (i would cut out all together).....atleast till you reach your goal.
