haha while Im sure thats all good stuff and could work well for people I just don't think its necessary to turn working out into a science project. Go to the gym, go balistic, do your shit right, get the nutrition and be stronger! Thats the equation. Just say no to notebook training!

i think of it this way.....bb's from the 50's and 60's never had to make a science project out of working out and had very aesthetic thick physiques. good 'ol lifting heavy and eating alot of protein with good carbs. but thats just me.

btw....genetics play a BIG role on your physique, just can't get around that in anyway.

btw....genetics play a BIG role on your physique and no routine will help unless you resort to anabolics.

something different and its a challenge and its not the same shit i usually do YESSSSSSSSSS, change is good u got a whole bunch of shit goin on guys 20 years ago wouldnt even think of doin, genetics of course play a major part sure thats a givin.... u work with what u got, and the other stuff thats another discussion

yup i totally agree with you. everyone is different and this routine might just help someone get to the next level. it all lies on the person and what they feel works best for them. let me know how that routine works for you!

u got it YESSSSSSSSSSSS my friend is on phase 1 he said it kickin his ass and hes a big gym rat like us and hes always reading up on everything

phase 1 day 1

sumo deadlift 6 for 6

single leg romanian dead dumbells 4 for 8... i tried this today i had to use the bench for balance he doesnt nuts

swiss ball leg curls 4 for as many reps as u can do

reverse hyperextension non loaded 4 for as many as u can do
