if u dont do them right u will know it AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH but i liked them i gettin ready for that mess i put up alot of exercises I hardly do or never did so im puttin them in this routine to get ready
and I tried 1 legged romanian dead with dumbells, had to use the bench its hard first time out but it isolates the muscles and u feel the move crazy, people came over and were lookin cause i fell once HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA WARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR:wallbang:wallbang:wallbang

i remember your deadlift was like 255? howd you increase so much in the past 6 months?

I really don't know to be honest. I was talking about that with someone the other day. It's one of the biggest benefits I've found since doing CF. The transferability of the movements is ridiculous. So I guess my secret for training the DL is not training the DL! I'd be doing more if it wasn't for that knee injury I had back in May. I'm gunning for 450 now. I want that 1000# CF Total for my birthday (02/01).

that makes sense training secondary musles that involve the deads increases your potential for heavier lifts

I always do them, feel much better. Just have to watch your form, you can fuck yourself real easy. My lower back and hamstrings are on fire like 2 days afterwards.

yea but its great for power because the bar is traveling a shorter distance. its different then conventional as well in terms of overall development.

Yea one of my friends pulled something in his back and never did them again. lol He was going pretty heavy though and wasnt wearing a belt or anything. I never wear a belt but I dont really go about 275-315lbs.
