i went to Joe Leone's yesterday and got some fresh mozz, some rst peppers, and some foccaccia
we grillled some parsley and parmesan sausage and stacked it all on the foccaccia with smoe marinara

te wife said it was the best sandwich i ever made

leftovers today, minus the sausage

I have to try that... I actually have a stale loaf sitting on my kitchen counter

soak it with water, let it sit for a few minutes while you put everything else together, squeeze excess water and add to meat mixture.
Get dirty though :chuckle use your hands to make sure it's mixed well.
