How do I have the time? Hmmm basically bc i NEVER sit down and take 2 seconds for myself. :disgusted
I dont watch TV and many nights I am awake until after midnight doing work, so cooking is like my relaxing time.

I have a very very busy schedule so one thing I have found that helps alot is I prepare alot of things on Sunday to help me through the week. For example..I map my menu for the week and then I will chop everything that needs to be chopped, peel what needs to be peeled and so forth. Everything goes in a ziplock bag and labeled in the freezer. This way when it is time to cook, i just grab the bags. i dont cook Fridays bc I work late (Im still here now). Tuesdays I dont get home till about 11 so I make and freeze a meal on Sunday for tuesday.
you have to love to cook to have and find the time.
