at one point they say at 1:30 "our easy exercises allow for easy mobility", the "exercise" shes doing looks like shes going to snap her shoulders out of socket

i mean i seen the wheel for the stomach and that thing hurts my back fuck that.

these things look like your rolling small dumbells around. i want to see one slip fast and the dude smash his face. that flat fly technique can't be good for your rotator cuffs.

what people will do to get there faster. i love seeing these infomercials with some dude all sauced up on winstrol, doing bow flex.. "you can get a body like this too" ya its called a cc EOD punk. ;-)
