i trained a girl on how to squat and she could not squat without whining on each rep....owww my knee....owww my ass...UGGH!!:wallbang:wallbang. i have a feeling jonesy would of punched her in the face and made her squat with a bloody nose.
btw, have u ever gotten a bloody nose from squatting? that shit happened to me 2 weeks ago....everyone was like ARE YOU OK!? haha

Y do people jump up after they squat and lock there knees out? Isnt it more effective to do squats slow and controlled rather then bouncing up like you just burned your ass on the floor?

you train how you play basically.
training slow makes more strength in a slow fashion. bench pressing something slow.

started doing this with my trainer, but on the fixed machine ...they are tough as hell ..did them wed and i felt sore till yesterday lol
if you do your squats right, you shouldn't be able to walk normally for 2-3 days:agree
