My mom and I signed up for some consumer research thing tonight at Shoprite. It should last about an hour and all we have to do is answer questions about different products. We both get a $50 gift card to Shoprite after. SCORE! :chuckle

I could totally make that for Rachel... I dont like pears or cranberry sauce or OJ for that matter... but that actually sounds like a nice idea for our next ladies night :shuffle

There isnt really any other way... Except maybe pickled how Antonias family makes it, but eggplant is def best fried.

My vote: filet.... 10000%
Nothing Italian, I cant even open the fridge anymore. Mac & Cheese we're having in 2 weeks I'd rather wait for that and be excited.
Chicken Tacos are my #2, though.

My mom makes the best eggplant. cut them into cubes & fry them in a little olive oil,and add garlic, tomatoes, salt and pepper. my favorite with some Italian bread.

or you can stuff them with a meat/breadcrumb mixture and bake them. :spitfall

another thing we do is cut them into thin slices, fry in olive oil and serve over pasta
