Any fans of the books? Isla Fisher will star as Becky Bloomwood in the Confessions of a Shopaholic movie in 2009. Agreed! Aren't her outfits so amazing and colorful. She just has such a free-spirited attitude and personality, which she will bring to the role of Becky too. I am going to get all my girlfriends together that Friday (March 13th) and go see it! Just like we did for Sex and the City. :yipee

I have read all the Shopaholic books, they are my favorite books! I also love Isla Fisher and think she is adorable. I can't wait to see this :applaud

It has Rihanna and Fergie, who are my two favorites. I love the actress, Krysten Ritter who plays Isla's best friend in the movie. I can't wait.

Isla Fisher is amazing in all of her roles. i just recently saw definitely, maybe. She was great in that as well as being beautiful

Yeah, ever since I have been interested in this movie I keep seeing her everywhere. She was on the cover of Allure magazine and she looked great. The more interviews and things I see of her, the more I like her. I didn't realize how much of a comedian she truly is! It is going to be great.

Is the movie based on the book? My friend told me the book was based on the movie coming out. She's a blonde so I dont trust her :rolleyes:

fad3r - Yeah, the movie is based on Sophie Kinsella's popular series. The clothes in the images and trailers I have seen look awesome. They are so colorful and funky and it is definitely what i love to see in movies. These fashions are things I love to watch in a movie, but could never walk into work wearing! :) My girlfriends and I are already planning to go see this when it comes out next weekend.
