I am making farofa-i have a terrific meal planned for this week using it. I would actually like to make it tonight in advance and serve it w the filets I took out for later. Does anyone know if the onion/tomatoe side dish that brazillian restaurants serve w it has a specific name? Similar to a pico di gallo. Thx

I actually went to a Spanish restaurant Saturday night and had a appetizer that I think had on it what you are looking for. They actually call it a vinaigrette rather than a salsa or pico.

I hope this helps!
