went for my mom's retirement party last saturday, it wasavery nice night, just my immediatefamilyand my parentsgood frineds, 12 of us in all

california rolls, awesome

pecan crusted sea scallops with onion mashed and asparagus, (scallops could have been a little crispier but delish)

lobster and clam chowder, very good, neeed a little more seasoning, but my wife loved it
so did i after cleaning the bowl clean with some bread

peppercorn crusted sirloin with haricot vert and garlic mashed
cooked perfectly, very goodsteak

blackened swordfish with sweet potato and crab meat hash
although it had corn in it, and i hate corn, it was very tasty, a nice unique meal

tandori rack of lamb, grilled fennel
lamb was near perfect, fennel needed seasoning

artichoke stuffed gniocchi with shrimp, the broth was so good i wanted to bath in it and sop myself up with bread

the wait staff fixing the plant and dividing screen after my brother in law took it out and almost killed a woman

rumors going around that its closing down soon
better get there soon, def one of the best places on SI

Place looks like a rip off of south city grill in NJ. A lot of current and past dishes from their menu.

i live on si and still never been there...heard mixed reviews..... but after those pics im def going to check it out.....the gnocci and the pecan crusted scallops look great

dont mean to be a hater but most of those dishes look like crap

and ive eaten there twice and had horrible meals both times

and why crust scallops in pecans ? :hmmm

what did u have when u went there?

i only went once, & i loved the swordfish. i'd eat just about anything w/ pecans :shuffle

well i went when it first opened ....then went back this past summer

first time wasnt as bad as this past summer it was horrible
