Something you don't see too often. Had it at a restaurant in Telluride called La Marmotte and it was AWESOME!!! I am probably going to make some this weekend. Once I come up with a recipe I will post it.

It was very rich and had a little sweetness to it from the onions being caramelized, I am going to try and duplicate what we had at this restaurant. Hopefully I can.
