I have observed and extensively recorded invidious attacks by military-political aristocrats against the Constitution for twenty years.

Now you have broken in and entered the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, dissembling, and deceit. Posing as an impostor president and commander in chief you have stripped civilian command and control over the military establishment. After it was determined Fitzpatrick did not pose a threat to the president, the Secret Service left. “Officials with the Knoxville office of the Secret Service told WND the only person who could release information to the media was on vacation and they would not comment on the issue,” Bob Unruh wrote for WND on March 25.

On March 24, the Supreme Court and the U.S. Justice Department confirmed receipt of documentation challenging Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president.

On December 8, 2008, the Supreme Court turned down an emergency appeal from Leo Donofrio of East Brunswick, N.J., to intervene in the presidential election. Donofrio claims Obama had dual nationality at birth — his mother was American and his Kenyan father at the time was a British subject — and thus he cannot possibly be a “natural born citizen,” one of the requirements the Constitution lists for eligibility to be president, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Pennsylvania Democrat Philip J. Berg sued Sen. Barack Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission last year claiming Obama is not a natural-born citizen and thus not eligible to be president of the United States. Judge R. Barclay Surrick dismissed the case on October 24, 2008. Surrick concluded that ordinary citizens can’t sue to ensure that a presidential candidate actually meets the constitutional requirements of the office, WND reported at the time.

Surrick deferred to Congress and said the legislature must determine if “citizens, voters, or party members should police the Constitution’s eligibility requirements for the Presidency.”

any copy would be called a certificate of live birth in hawaii. Every state keeps their own vital records in their own style. Why would Hawaii vital records have a birth certificate for him if he wasn't born there? If you asked Hawaii for your birth record they'd have one for you? You have to get one from the state you were born in don't you? When an immigrant comes here and becomes a citizen the state they live in creates a birth certificate for them? You think there aren't any miserable republicans working for immigration checking for his green card every day? The guy that shot up Binghampton today definitely voted for Mccain. He's the type of person I think about when I hear that someone flew to Kenya to find out if Obama was born there. Like his doctor is gonna be hanging out in a mudhut right outside the airport waiting to answer questions from the press, about a baby he delivered 50 years ago.

i would say the lawsuits stem from his refusal to co-operate look if you think a document with a blacked out doc #, no hospital, no doctor name .. the contradictions prolly also help when he has family in kenya saying he was born there .. why not put this all to bed by answering a simple question .. tell us the hospital thats all anyone wants to know .. from there everything can be confirmed .. why play this pathetic game ?
