I hope that Bibi will be able to stick to his guns on this. US Embassador Mitchell is visiting Israel to talk about the Middle Eastern conflict. And of course trying to force Israel to agree to a 2 state solution, so that Palestinians would have their own state.

This should not be done at all, giving up West Bank aaaanndd the Golan Heights should be out of the question. The palestinians were given Gaza only to form it into a mini Hamas state that abuses its pple and throws rockets as civilians and commits terrorist acts on civilians. I mean i can go on and on but we all know what Hamas is.

Furthermore, the 2 heads of Hamas have just given a speech in which they have asserted that they will not acknowledge their enemy, the state of Israel as a jewish state, to them it doesnt exist. Now how can US force a country to give up land and let pple like Palestinians who are ruled by Hamas and dont acknowledge your existence, land? how do you have a 2 state solution when the palestinians refuse to accept .. did somebody not tell them hamas was voted in BY THE PEOPLE .. and their main platform is the destruction of a jewish state ?? ..

how do we conventiently forget that Israel has many hundreds of thousands of settlers in the west bank and gaza. this isnt about defending it's borders, this is about expansion.

the west bank and gaza belonged to countrys that attacked and tried to wipe israel off the map ..last i checked those countrys were not called palestine .. i never heard of a country that existed in 3 different geological areas .. besides empires .. but i remmber correctly syria was one that had the golan heights.. egypt claimed gaza . they lost that land when israel was invaded by all her neighbors in a preemptive war .. the goal was not to transfer power either it was to elimate and kill the jews and destroy israel

Israel was never in it for expansion, ever. When the UN partitioned land and gave a divided Israel to the Jews, the jews accepted what was given. However the Arabs did not because they simply just want the annihilation of jews. Now all the defensive wars that Israel fought and won gave Israel the right to extra land, cause that's what happens in war lol. Now this land that Israel has one, the Sinai, the west bank, gaza, golan heights was Israel's and Israel's plan was and still is to use it as bargaining chips for peace. With Egypt it worked, we gave back Sanai, we gave back gaza and look what happened, a small place for hamas to prosper.

Now lets not forget that the west bank was under Jordan's control and Gaza was under Syria's control i think from about 1948 to 1967. Dont you think that at this time these countries would help Palestinians to form a civilized country??
