Just made these yesterday......they are organic and have 75% less fat than reg. sausage...

boiled them for about 7 mins and then threw them on the grill to get some grill marks and crisp up. topped with a marina sauce:heart:heart

these things are DELICIOUS.....def recommend them to anyone as a sausage substitute, tastes identical

Most of the pre-cooked chicken sausage are great. T/hey have one with apple and gouda cheese that is amazing as well
