I used to love mushrooms on pizza long time ago....but now it is probably the only thing I wont eat. I can't stand the texture....if I am going to eat them -- itis only the stuffed ones....

i never really ever liked mushrooms... but i recently had a plain, uncooked, peice of one and it tasted weird but ok lol but im not a big fan

i love mushrooms too! but i do think us mushroom lovers are a minority. i like white mushrooms, raw and cooked. portabelas, criminis & baby bellas cooked. not really a fan of shiitake & wild mushrooms unless used moderately. The flavor can get too intense for me really easily.

Stuffed....

Take out the stems of the mushrooms....chop finely add bread crumbs, parmagianno regiano, parsely chopped fine and prosciutto chopped fine. Stuff the mushrooms caps with this mixture. Drizzle EVOO on top and grill.


Orrrrrrrrrrrrrrr sometimes I buy mixed wild mushrooms (in a jar under EVOO) drain them and add them to my sauce

Orrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr just raw like that

orrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I just drizzle them with EVOO and grill them on the BBQ

I made some really good stuffed mushrooms the other day. chopped the stems up and sauteed with onion, salt, pepper & frozen spinach. then added bread crumbs with italian seasoning, parmagianno regiano & mozzarella cheese. They were yummmmmmmmmmm
