if you wanna give this a shot,
as many rounds in 20 minutes:
5 handstand pushups
10 bench press - 135lb
15 push press - 95lbs
20 ring dips

this guy in my gym who was an avid bb'er whos been crossfitting for like 2 months now was SO excited to see bench press in the rotation finally. he came in all stoked and ready to bang out 20 sets in 20 minutes. dude barely got 2 lol

can you substitute the handstand pushups? cause i like this routine too...

typically you can substitute dumbell presses but this routine already has push presses so that defeats the purpose. you can try handstand progressions if you can not do a full range of motion handstand pushup.

its not that i cant do them.. but honestly i would feel funny at the gym i go to, to do them.. not that i care but my gym is packed when i go and i cant think of a corner that would be enough space for me to do them... eh not a biggie...

you can do DB shoulder presses then. I believe a good sub would be 50lb stranding db press

i was surprised how tough that first round was...i didnt think i was going to make 3 lol...
