and then come back to NY and feel every little joint pain in your body....thank god i dont do my training camps here, i feel all the little fractures in my hands, in vegas i feel none of this

my father has tons of old injuries from sports/accidents etc. and the rain the past two months has him screaming. he's had surgeries on knee and shoulder, in physical therapy for both, and the damp weather we've been having wreaks havoc on his body.

drier is def better in terms of this.

I went to san diego to City Boxing for a few weeks and felt like a million bucks. Came back and felt every little thing. I thought it was just in my head abt the different climates

fucking weather has been wreaking havoc on my surgically repaired shoulder, but i've just been plowing thru it
