Colonic???

Has anyone here gotten one done before? Any information on them? My just did and he said it was great. He said he literally could feel his stomach go down right after it was over. Anyone know of any place in north jersey or the city? Thanks

A colonic should be the last step in any type of body cleansing. Think of it like sweeping a set of stairs. You wouldn't start at the bottom, you start at the top and move all the dirt to the bottom. Same is true for your body.

if that's all you plan on doing, then go for it. If you truly want to cleanse your body, that's not where you should start. That's all I'm saying. I have seen conflicting arguments over colonics but I have not seen anything to be dangerous for you.

I talked to a Gastrologist about this and they did not recommend it. It can be very dangerous and you can actually rip the inside lining of your intestines. A better way to go would be a high fiber diet with natural sources and you would be fine.
