So I bought a jump rope so i have something ican do a quick 15 min cardio in the morning when I am short on time. I took it to crossfit and showed my trainer and apparently I bought a speed rope :wallbang:wallbang. Honestly, didn't even think about it twice that there is more than one type lol. Anybody know a good one to by for a beginner/novice jump-roper?

speed ropes are good for crossfit. dont sweat it

PS - I heard you talked to my trainer Steve on the crossfit forum. One Saturday you should come check out crossfit ignite.

Only about an hour from Staten, but i guess that is a hike to go and workout.
