im using brown rice pasta...its really good...i guess i could just use less heavy cream and butter...a lil butter isnt that bad...hmmmmm

skim milk with a little whole wheat flour as a thickener ..smart balance/olive oil combo

never tried it though lol

mark, when i started dieting i substituted alot of things & the food came out just as yummy. For example, once I wanted to make pancakes & it called for whole milk, whole eggs & oil or butter. I used skim milk, egg whites & half the oil. I would suggest skim milk & use half the oil or use margarine

i like wheat pasta, i mean, i like regular better, but when it runs out, eating my sister's "healthy" pasta is just fine by me lol :chuckle
