I know alot of people on this board compete ... besides sauna and cardio any other suggestions or methods i should incorporate to cut maximum water weight?

drink distilled water 2 gallons a day 5 days before comp....cut water completely 24 hours before weigh ins

no sodium at all till weigh in. every meal should leading up should be 4oz lean protein and half a cup of plain lettuce.. Absolutely zero salt

i cut about 20 -25 pounds for a fight but i do it over eight weeks

Rubber suit, jump rope in the sauna. The rubber suit/trash bags isn't the safest thing though, this makes me miss my high school wrestling days.
