29 and change is impressive too! what speed were you running on?? I do a combo of running on 5-5.3 for about 10-15 minutes, then alternate running on 7 or 7.5 and walking on 3.8/incline for the rest of the time. Usually 30 minutes total. I used to not be able to run for more than a minute at a time LOL

I took a striking and a grappling class yesterday and thought I was going to goto the gym after, Idk what I was thinking because I almost passed out during the striking class.
5k in 22 minutes a little crazy, I think I'd have to see that.

what world do you live in that running a 4 and a half minute mile is average? that is less than a 2 hour marathon. a 5 mile run at a good solid pace is around 30-35 minutes.

I have alot of trouble running, because the muscles in my legs, they get hard right away... :pullhair anyone knows what can cause this?

try eating a banana or taking a potassium supplement beforehand.
