I hadn't heard about this until I recently read an article about the ideal male figure. It's pretty damn interesting how this ratio shows up all over nature / science / mathematics and has been proven as the optimal / ideal masculine ratio of shoulders to waist. Pretty interesting.

Yeah, that's it. I made it all up to prove my superiority. Someone should have told Leonardo da Vinci before he used the Golden Ratio to develop his Vitruvian Man... could have saved him the trouble, lol.

i find it interesting but a balanced physique such as the golden ration doesnt equate physical fitness.

NO i read it and have understood them for yrs friend!! Its you whom has come on here time and time again to explain how you are ripped and at your weight are extremely strong in general. Those two examples you posted have the underlying meaning to prove yourself.. Dont think i dont get that friend.
