I know there is one in old bethpag/melville e and now, supposedly, Titan fitness in merrick is offering classes. I just signed up at the gym so I will let you know. They better be good because that is the only reason I signed up there.

So, it's 400 bucks for 10 sessions with a crossfit trainer, before you can be put into group sessions. If the timing fits my schedule, I am in. I am going to the one in Bethpage. Hope to start ASAP.

yes you need the intro sessions to get used to the work load and the movement patterns. youll love it
