Movement Standards:
Full Squat (Front Squat)
Hip crease below parallel with the knee
Full lockout of the elbows/arms overhead in the frontal plane
My time:
17:09:21 (96 pounds)

I was fucked from the waste down for about 2 days. It was a good weight because it kept you moving. Try it. It's good stuff. Go for sets of 10 for as long as you can, then hit sets of 5. If you can't do it with 95 pounds, scale to a weight that you think you can do that scheme with.

on the MetCon only days, what do you do? Heavy metcons less than 20 min?

I actually did a lot of lighter weight, body weight metcons to give my body some recovery from all the strength work.

are you still following CFSB or have you stopped? i noticed a trend forming that people start it and back off a couple weeks down the road

I stopped. I wreaked havoc on my body (and my athletes). I think CF Football is a much better take on the same theme. John Welbourn's really on to something. But again, it's still cyclical. The time domains in both CFSB and CFF are not varied enough for general physical preparedness. None of them go past 20 minutes, with the majority being 5-15 minutes.

if i didnt have golf tournaments throughout the rest of the summer id switch over to Cf football, as soon as sept 1 hits that's what i'm gonna run up in
