I don't think bank matters as much as how well you know the people inside the bank. From a location standpoint BOA is great. They have locations everywhere. I have had issues with Citibank and wouldn't recco them. I have all my business accounts with TD and have had no issues that haven't been resolved immediately. Plus their hours are great.

I use chase.

I have personal accounts with them, a S-corp with them, and a LLC with them. My local branch people are very nice and people who can speak clear english always answer the phone.

I had Providian credit cards, which then turned to Wachovia which are now Chase, but im not sure how much of Wachovia Chase owns?

I have BOA now for my personal account and the only reason I've stayed with them is because of all the locations, everything else about them sucks, they def have the worst costumer service, my personal banking needs are as minimal as you can get tho, deposit money, use the debit, and take out money, that's pretty much all I use that account for, for business I know I'm prob gonna have to deal with the people of the bank a lot more so I wanna stay as far away from BOA as possible,

TD Banks have been popping up around me alot recently, I just realized they're opened 7 days/week and till 8pm week days, I think that might be my choice

all the locations I found online for Chase around me are all Wachovias, not sure how their costumer service is but I have seen alot of company checks from them

i use BoA small business banking for my LLC, and have no complaints. then again my deposits are done at an ATM or wired in and i'll occasionally write checks, so there's not much interaction w/ them.
