yeah, my girl was just showing me some lofts that look similar in houston.. 150,000-200,000 for 2 bedroom/2 bath.. BEAUTIFULLLL condos.. UNREALLL..

it's crazy how valuable buildings are in NY, and back in the days the Indians sold the Manhattan island to the whites for the mediocre sum of $25 LOL

Damn, i wish i could find something like that around here.

2 doors down from me is a "garden level" 1 bed, 1 bathroom, 660 square foot condo going for $384,000.
