Which do you use and why? I have pretty much all my $ in Citibank and each time I go there I deal with the stupidest people ever and am thinking of moving everything over to a credit union by me.
I couldn't even imagine still dealing with citibank or b of a or chase, etc. etc.

I have accts at NEFCU, TD and most recently Cap One. They all have their advantages and disadvantages. I think the most important part of the bank is the relationship that you have with the employees. I know in NEFCU or TD, I can get almost anything done, I never wait in line, my checks are always cleared immediately. Cap One I had to get to work with a certain vendor and it's a pain in the ass so far. The only thing I like about it is how many branches there are.
I have B of A for one of my personal accts so I can always deposit checks or withdraw money no matter where I am in the country. If you travel a lot, a national bank is probably the way to go.

I deal with Wells Fargo for my personal checking, savings, brokerage and mortgages. Great customer support, no fees on trades and good mortgage interest rates.
I used to have Citibank but I don't like how they have all their support personnel in India, and they gave me a hard time once when I wanted a mortgage, so I dropped them. I do still have a Citibank credit card, but I only keep it for its 8.24% fixed interest rate.
Chase are a bunch of crooks. My fiancee uses them and she always has problems with them charging her fees when they shouldn't and I don't like how they were one of the first to raise credit card rates. Same goes for Bank of America.
TDBank is just ghetto and are Canadian-based, so I don't do any business with them. Capital ONE has horrible security.

HSBC (mainly b/c that's where my parents have their accounts & when I was in HS my father opened one for me there) - I don't have any complaints about the bank but I have dealt with idiots there too.

honestly i don't have any complaints about either of them. Wells was a BITCH to get a mortgage from with doc requirements, but they in the end closed on time and got me the best rate.

They have a special package called the PMA package. Pretty good hookup if you meet their minimum balance requirements.
I also get 4 free ATM withdrawals per month, from any ATM. Which is good since Wells Fargo does not exist on the East Coast.
