View Full Version : How often do you eat Fast Food???

How many times a week do you eat fast food? Also include the amount of times per day. And when you eat Fast food do you get things that are better for you or is it no concern? In a lot of my classes we talk about the fast food trend and I wanted to get an idea of what people in the tristate area choose when there are so many other alternatives to fast food(ie: McDonalds, Wendys, Burger King, Taco Bell, etc....)

about once a week (sometimes more somethings less)
but i prob eat chinease or a gryo once a week too, does that count ?

dont eat it anymore. shit is terrible. ill eat a banana and a granola bar just to hold me over if i need to before i get that shit.

before i turned over a new leaf... between 3-5 times a week.

whats better for you in fast food????

if its fast food chinese, like most typical chinese places, then it is considered pretty much the same. But Chinese food does tend to use less fat in their cooking than most fast food burger places. As for Gyro those shouldn't be too bad, not too much crap in those. Iwill post an article from the NY Times that is about the fast food trends right now.

not enough...no i live across the street from white castle and i have never eaten there...i think its because there are so many more yummy places around me where everything is home made and delish...and that is why i am going to be very fat

whats teh difference between chinease and fast chinease ?

There is a difference between a chinese place that you get your food instantly and there is no dining. those types of places don't make everything fresh to order. Compared to a Chinese restaurant where you sit down and the food is fresh. there isn't a huge difference but its there. Like the difference between Burger King and a Grill.

Fast food - about once a month tops if that
Chinese - at least twice a month...but I always get the same thing - Broccolli w/garlic sauce or veggie Lo Mein cuz I refuse to eat the meat

burger king/ mcds 4 times a week
fried chicken 2-3 times a week place called eat my chicken in bk
if sushi is fast food then another 2 3 times lol

Yea you gotta worry about the meat in a Chinese food establishment. Eleni, any word on the Food, Wine, and Dining Forum?:D

like 4 times a year

normally during the winter when im bulking up ill eat taco bell a couple times, but its hands off during the summer

i havent ate mcdonalds in over 2 years

Stay away from McDonalds...............they are pretty much dying out anyway. they have reached their maturity in their profit life cycle and with all the lawsuits, other chains are gonna take over.

i dont miss mcdeonalds at all, i need taco bell oince in awhile besides that its just chirping chicken
