this is the entrance to the Italian Food & Wine Center, Colavita.....this is a pretty new building, only about 2 years old. Very nice place, hard to get weekend reservations.

This is of the main dining room in Colavita............there is an Al Forno kitchen to the left and another dining room to the right. the chandeliers on the ceiling are imported from Italy ($50,000 a piece) but kind of ugly.

go here, finishing in Feb with my BPS degree. I already finished the cooking part almost 2 years ago, I miss cooking all the time alot.
