One of my favorites would have to be stuffed cabbage. You take individual leaves of cabbage and place a spoon full of a meat and rice combo (which is already cooked) into the center. You then proceed to roll the cabbage into a cylinder enclosing the stuffing. Fill up a pot with some water and steam away. After you are done cooking the cabbage rolls you then take some juice with a little egg and lemon and make a yummy and tangy sauce that you pour all over the cabbage.
So good! :spitfall

I won't eat it in sausage form. Best way that I like is either with eggs scrambled and cilantro and cheddar cheese, all mixed together. Or Chorizo tacos with just cilantro and onion and lime.

i make something similar to that i got form this korean BBQ place i used to goto. i slice up serloin or skirt steak nice and thing then i marinate it in: equal parts soy sauce/water, scallion, ginger, brown sugar, red pepper and garlic. then once its sat long enough (an hour in the fridge should do the job, the pieces are thin) i take them out to the BBQ which i have nice and hot and basical flash grill them, they cook in like 1-2 minutes on each side, dont burn them. then i take the meat and i wrap them up in romain lettus, sometimes i'll add rice. its like a korean taco or sorts =) fuckin awesome !
