This is a place that I went to when I was on my Food & Wine tour in California at the beginning of this past summer. It was in the Napa Valley right near all the vineyards. It was kind of a resort that was very upscale, the base room was somewhere around 500-700 a night. I am going to post the three course menu we had there with pics.

Here is a pic of the back part where the pool is and cottages that you rent out. Its sort of the getaway resort where you get massages all day. The property was surrounded by Rosemary bushes growing like crazy so you smelt that in the air and most of the trees were Olive trees.

I forgot to put the wine we had with the courses. For first course we had 2001 Elvenglade Pinot Gris, Gaston, Oregon

With the main course we had 2000 Monticello Pinot Noir, Napa Valley

Yea that main course was real good. The carrot puree was even amazing. Very nice presentation.............
