I want to know how often you want to see new recipes as stickies and if you are liking the ones we have been posting so far??? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am not seeing too many views on the recipes and/or replies and feedback and criticism is always good. I want to post what all you want, I have unlimited resources for recipes, I can even ask one of the many many Chefs here at my school. We have the largest amount of Master Chefs under one roof in the whole world I think. And they are always open to questions, so if its something I or JT cannot answer as well as anybody who posts here, I will do my absolute best to help you out.:D

I think maybe if each of you did one a week, or maybe twice a week at most seems reasonable.

Don't worry Jess I will leave it up for you. As for portions, I am copying these recipes out of my recipes packets and shit. All you have to do is divide by however many you wanna end up with and do the same for all the ingredients. But I can do it for you if you want.........;)

Well like Jess said you can buy the ladyfingers already made, but the point of the recipe is to do everything by scratch. its also a learning experience. Most of the stuff is not real hard. Just follow the method. This is a very Authentic or regional recipe from our Italian restaurant on campus.
