Anyone benefit from this stuff??? i know gene got good results just wonderin if anyone else tried it yet????
tried it last year. shit is the closest thing to OTC steroids you can buy. it works, but be careful with it. don't believe it won't have side effects if u don't cycle it properly.

from what i remember it was 2 weeks on, 2 off.
i did it for about 3 months total and gained about 8-10 lbs. i'd say u keep about 75% of ur gains in both mass and strength.

3 months, 8-10 lbs. with a retention of 75% of gains....you could do test for half the time half the $$ , with the same results....and probably the same side effects if any....
not that i recommend that...to each their own....
As a matter of fact, I just started today.
I got the pills. I've done the liquid form before and had decent results. Its not juice, but whatever:rolleyes:
I weighed in at 206 or so today and carrying some water from creatine. Ill keep everyone posted of how its going;)

for some, it's a matter of principle of not doing actual steroids

apples and oranges? same results, same side effects different dose and potentcy......maybe tangerines and oranges...

i was just commenting on the similarities...
and if its a legality thing...i totallyunderstand....if its a principal thing because a person wants to stay 'natural', then i find that amusing....

oh and yeah.. i agree w/ u about the natural thing. some kids will load up on so much GNC garbage they're doing just as much harm as a stack of test/fina/winny/eq. i was talkin more about the legality issue
Here's my question...
The directions say to take 6 capsules 2 times on the first day and 6 capsules 1-2 times a day for the next 2 weeks.
Now do I really only need one servig a day or two? Is that just a ploy for them to make more $$ by having me scarf down 12 pills a day and have to buy another bottle to get through the 2 weeks?
As of right now, I'm taking 6 pills once a day. If I'm not happy with the results, ill bump it up to 2X a day for weeks 5-6 (second cycle).

They have much better shit out. Superone 1 and T1 Final are pretty much the same shit and much cheaper than that mag 10. They both also have a much better abosorption rate because they are both transdermal.
Also, if you take any of these, are you planning on doing a PCT because even though they're pro hormones you should treat them like steroids when it comes to that. They will still shut you down.

Im doing the 2 weeks on/2 weeks off cycle with the "M"(antiestrogen) and Tribex(Tribulus)

Actually its not a scam i forget the term but its the same with creatine you have to load first couple of days to get a decent amount in your bloodstream....just taking a few per day wont give you that load up ....once your blood is loaded then you can cut your consumption

Loading creatine is a scam made up by supplement companies to sell more product.

Is Mag10 the same as M1T? I've been hearing that stuff is the real deal! M1T supposedly is a 17aa, so it's pretty harsh on the liver. VMAN is correct, definitely look into PCT, because that stuff will shut down your HPTA. I read alot about people stacking M1T with Mag10 with great success... For me though, it's Fina / Cyp / Eq starting soon!!!

IF your going to go with M1T, then there is no need to stack it with Mag 10. If anything stack it with some 4-ad.
So I've finished a week of MAg-10. I started my second week yesterday and I've upped the dosage from 6 pills once a day to 6 pills twice a day.
Today I feel it really kicked in. I had the best chest workout in over a year. Sick pump and I felt strong and alert in the gym as opposed to sluggish, which I had been feeling alot in the recent months.
My weight is up about 5lbs. Im starting to feel a little thicker, but carrying a little water around my mid-section. Im gonna finish the week on the Mag-10, do two weeks of Tribex(Tribulus) and M (antiestrogen) and then jump back on to the Mag-10 for two more weeks dosing at twice a day for week one and once a day for week 2.
I really hope I continue to feel this good in the gym. Nothing better than leaving the gym and feeling the pump!:lifting

Good to hear. Keep up the journal on this. What's your diet look like? What's your training like? I'm interested in this stuff and you're not the only one from whom i've heard good reviews from. I view these products as a good stepping stone for all those on this board who are considering real steroids.
I'm thinking about picking up a few bottles of M-1-T though. After seeing what the government did to ephedra, I don't imagine these pro-hormones being available for much longer...

Diet looks like this:
8:30-Myoplex/skim milk/banana/Natural Peanut Butter/Glutamine 11:00 - Turkey Sandwich on Whole Wheat
2:30 - Grilled Chix salad or Turkey/RB Wrap, Low fat Yogurt
5:45 - Myoplex RTD shake on the way home before gym
8:30 - Dinner - Chicken/Steak/Turkey, Sweet Potato, Veggies
I know I should down a shake before bed time, but I've been lazy in that area.
Training wise:
Sunday - Legs - Squats, leg Press, Stiff legged deads, extensions, ham curls, calve raises.
Monday - Chest - Flat/Incline/decline/Smith/fly(cable, pec dec,etc..)
-Shrugs - Im trying to hit traps twice a week.
-abs
Tuesday - Back - Lat pulldowns, dumbell rows, close grip pulldowns, cable row or HS row.
- 25 min cardio
Wed - Off
Thurs. - Shoulders - Dumbell presses, side lat raises(cable/DB), front raises(db/cable/straight bar), rear delt machine, shrugs
- Abs
Fri - Bi's - barbell curls, preacher curls, dumbell curls, hammercurl or cable concentration(high pulley)
- Tri's - close grip bench, skull crushes, pushdowns, reverse pushdowns or dip machine.
I do 4 sets on each exercise (one warmup in the beginning). I try to hit a 12/10/8/6 range in reps with an occasional drop set.

Great stuff, but definitely not for the newbie user... aside from the ED or EOD* injects, it's pretty toxic and not something I would recommend for someone who's still new to steroids.
Ginz, looks pretty good, I would try to up the food intake to every 2 1/2 hours instead.... at least while you're taking the Mag10. But otherwise you seem to be following a pretty decent program... Good luck... keep us posted.

Bro, i know you know this but its the second most important time to take in protein. First being post workout. Its the second most because you do your most growing while you sleep and how are you going to grow without the protein needed to grow.

One more thing....Im not trying to sound like a know it all, because im far from that, but the only other thing i would change with your diet is the fact that your prob not getting in enough calories. What exactly are you trying to do? Most people that use the Mag 10 are bulking. Is that what your using it for?
I think as far as calories, Im doing ok. My portions are are prettey good and I cant imagine realling stuffing any more in over 5-6 meals. I will most def start getting that last shake in. Just gotta stop being lazy.
Im trying to put on some size and I realize that the process entails me putting on some bad weight so i can diet down and keep that good weight. I'm just trying to keep it on the clean side and not just stuff my face and be a bloated mess...lol.
Thanks for the input. Ill check back in on Sunday to see how my week went in the gym.
I do have to add that I noticed some VERY similar side effects to the real gas in the area of my temper and patience. I caught myself twice at work snapping and being very short tempered. Not like crazy juice head rage, because I think thats all myth and excuse for meatheads to be meatheads, but I did feel my body temp rise and over react a bit to a situation. Something I never have done except when messing with gear.

I agree, taking in a few more calories (maybe a middle of the night Myoplex) can only be beneficial.
