I cant suggest a vitamin, but i know if that you eat a balanced diet, you get all the vitamins you need naturally.

Try Flintstone Vitamins Mamma Mia. :chuckle
Actually, in all seriousness, there is a company called Sprayology that offers vitamins in a spray form (kinda like Chloraseptic). I was taking it for a while and it def helped with the woozy feeling.
However, lately I've been taking a smooth multi-vitamin and I haven't had any issues.

Some vitamins like Vitamin C are very acidic and might lead to an irritated stomach. If for some reason you think regular Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is irritating, switch to Ester C.

try a different brand or a chewable...or your best bet, take 'em before you go to bed...

GNC Mega Woman /Man are good.. Take one twice daily.. Did you ever trying taking half at a time... I only get naseaus from taking vitamins on an empty stomach... Perhaps spliting the vitamin in half and taking the other half later on in the day with food might supress that feeling? Worth a shot.

ok so I actually asked my doctor about taking Flintstones (or any childrens vitamin) becasue I can't swallow pills, and he said it was fine to take them, that they are just as good but adults feel funny about taking them. So if you like Flintstones go for it! Although I have recently been taking Centrum chewables and they really aren't that bad.
