That does seem unhealthy. I don't really care anymore what my bodyfat percentage is because I could care less if I have a six pack. Once you're not 22 anymore you start to lose interest in that I think.

whoa
nah, i'm naturally a really really really skinny kid. very hard for me to gain any weight so 7% ain't that insane.
at 9-10% .. would like to get down to 6-7%.
Monday - Wednesday - i take in 1800 calories and burn about 2500.
Thursday - 2500 calories burn 2500.
Friday - Saturday - 1800 intake, 2500 burn
Sunday - 3500 intake, 2500 burn
I think this schedule till may should get be to where i want to be.

I use a body-fat scale to measure my bodyfat. Dont know how accurate it is.
I want to get to 10% or less by the summer. Reasonable goal since right now Im at 19-20%. Fat crap I am.

depends on who is using the scale....those scales are really made for the average joe....someone who trains steadily really cant get an acurate reading of what their BF% is....it even says they arent meant for athletes...

Jerry Rice awhile back claimed he was at a steady 6%... do I believe him...
yes... (for obvious reasons... when u have the money of an nfl team... not to mention ur own money shit like that is possible.)
but for an average joe to get under 5% (and stay there) it's rough...
i think i read when michael johnson ( the runner) won the gold metals at the olympics he had something like 2% body fat he was a machine
