Vitamins I used to take are Twinlabs Dualtabs (if I remember correctly)

Description
Bi-layer tablets with sustained release vitamins
Mega vitamin & mineral formula

Dualtabs Mega Vitamin & Mineral Formula is a revolutionary new concept in multi vitamin and mineral supplementation. Each tablet is composed of one layer of fat soluble vitamins as well as rapid release minerals and digestive aids. The water soluble vitamins are released over a prolonged period of time through the passage in the gastrointestinal tract (digestive tract) for optimum absorption.
Dualtabs sustained release bi-layer formula also eliminates the need to take vitamins more than twice daily to achieve peak blood levels of water soluble vitamins over a prolonged period of time. Dualtabs eliminate the interaction between incompatible nutrients for maximum gastric disturbance.

Those Dualtabs sound good.

Right now I take GNC Mega Men. Not bad they keep me from getting fatigued. I go to the gym Mon-Fri after work.

it very important for woman of childbearing years to take vitamins with folate in them.

folate decreases the chance of nervous system abnormalities in babies.

they say you should start taking it way before you want to get pregnant.

i think most multi vitamins have it
