Yes I did...but I doubt she used ephedra free trimspa?

most of these things werk with proper diet and exercise...

i agree.

although i have only used these to get energy before the gym if i feel tired.

concerning weight loss...dont even bother if your not eatign right and going to the gym.

you gain back more than you started with.

they key is CARDIO....not pills.
