im on Atkins for one week... and i think im going to stick to the "abduction" for 4 weeks instead if 2!
don't cheat- it will set you back 3 days!!
when i 1st attempted Atkins i didn't read the book
but Mike Direkt kept on saying read the book BLAH ...anyway
it was helpful-thanks Mike :)
so hopefully with will power i can stick to this and reach my goal less then a month or 2!

honestly, i never actually had a set menu, i was mostly eating meat and eggs, after 3 days, i had already ran out of ways to cook them, lol
Is there like a set 2 week menu in the book?? i rather be told what to eat day by day, than trying to figure it out on a hungry stomach

i lost 12lbs in 2 weeks then gained it all back..lol
well for breakfast i usually eat an omelette's
greek omelette
bacon cheese omelette
some mornings i just have 5-8 olives-feta or grk yellow cheese and 1/2 slice of tomatoe (Greek breakfast)
hard boiled eggs-
western omelette.
steak and eggs!
did you get the 14day started kit (pills)
that curbs my appetite too :)
for lunch i eat steam shrimp 1/2 cup broc.
my list can go on and on for dinner and lunch.
im finally on a diet that i have no cravings! i haven't cheated and i wont! :)
