Do you know what yours is?

Last time I had mine checked (I was also in a lot better shape than I am now) it was 14%. Which is pretty damn for a womens body fat %.

I am gonna have it checked again when I go to my yearly physical in a few weeks.

now prob around 10-12%
best ever was about 6% for a good few months

ill be about 6-8% again very soon

after a dirty stay out prob about 0.5%

I am convienced all my fat is in my arms...lol.

I have a ripped belly and below. I need a really good work out for my arms that wont stress on my neck or left shoulder. If you got one hook it up.

when my stomach is ripped i look so much bigger and leaner all around, i slacked for a while and lost the 24 pack (LOL) i had but im def working to bring it back now, it's still still flat and nice but nowhere near as ripped

and im the last one who you should be askin for an arms workout, i have like 12 year old boy chicken arms lol

unfortunately its not a lack of working them hard, its my genetics - i can blow up my chest, back, and shoulders without even trying, but bi's, tri's and calves barely grew in 5+ years of training!!

but if you have shoulder and neck issues (I have a really bad shoulder as well) you should def be going fairly light with the weight to keep your form and to not aggrevate those problematic body parts - doing arms sitting down or standing with your back pressed hard up against something should relieve some pressure and help keep your form tight

if a womans body % is lower than (% it can cause physical problems.....can...not will but can.

so if you are a woman will a super low body fat % just be cautious

it can effect reproduction and such.

I miss the single digit days.. that was last year around this time. WMC training does wonders for ya

right now im at 167lbs and 6% body fat

need to get to 180+ and stay under 7%

This time last year I was at 11%, As of August of 03' I was 9%, Now i'm at 10%....

that has definantly got to be the most acurate test.
