Oh my God..I have it! My mom said it works good...but I have not used it consistently
i guess its like a diet, if you don't stick with it doesn't really do much

up the cardio, both the intensity and the amount of time spent
its the the only surefire way to really lose fat/cellulite in abundance besides surgery!!
the combination of cardio with weight training helps promote fat loss and deters the bulidup of fat, so def keep that up
eat clean and light, smaller meals but more frequently to speed up metabolism
genetics play a part but you can overcome that, it just makes it harder and more work
i dunno about any of these avon things but wouldnt hurt to try i guess

Agree completely.. Up the intensity / time....
more smaller and leaner meals spread out through the day...
the more muscle you build the more your metabolism is working to burn fat.. so increase the intensity of your weight training as well...
If you want : A little ephedra if you can get your hands on it (interenet search will yield a lot)..
I don't know shit about that cream though..
good luck..

like everyone said.. work out hard... do cardio hard...
and eat clean...
and be sure to consume less calories than you will be burning a night at the gym...
diet is 80% of any gains your lookin to make...
