optimal would be half your bodyweight in ounces....

so if you weigh 120lbs. you would want to drink at least 60 ounces of water per day.

I drink only about 2 liters of water a day and I am going to the bathroom non-stop! It is very annoying especially when I am sleeping!!! I am up like 3 times a night and I don't sleep that much to begin with! :angry Does it HAVE to be water or do other things you drink during the day count towards your water intake?
