Chiropractor is the way to go... I was going 5 times a week for a year straight... Now I go once or twice a month... I still have a misalligned back & neck & slightly off-set hips, but those are problems that will never go away... No more pain, but still a solid and 100x more manageable discomfort.

Chiropractic work can be dangerous and only make a serious issue which is unknown even worse.
I don't believe in them, they'd never get my money.

its not from working out.
i had these problems way before i ever went to a gym.
i have scoliosis(however you spell it, spine curvature) and its really bad, it makes my muscles ache at times and can hurt all the way up into my neck if it gets bad enough

AT...
I just realized... if ur runnin Winny... that def doesnt help ur joint problem... Winny fucks with ur joints big time... (thats why people usually run it with deca... deca is great for bad joints)
u should def get something if ur just runnin winny...
go to GNC and ask the guy what they have that is good for joint pain
I'll try and find out what I use (I forgot)
