Crush a Trim Spa?

Can you crush a Trim Spa? I can't swallow pills anymore (have no idea why)!!! I know alot of pills you can't crush becasue of some time release stuff or whatever but I want to take these!!! Can anyone recommend a better pill then Trim Spa? Please help!

your probaby beter off breaking it in half...if u crush it , your increasing the surface area of the drug and it may hit u stronger...try breaking it in half..thats what i do i usually only take half...i like it better that way..doesnt give u the jitters
