i haven't been to the gym in about 2 months & i finally went the other day...

so i did my regular workout, today i laugh or sneeze my stomach(muscles) hurts

i didn't over do it at all

i've experienced this before but i want to know what will benefit me more, to keep going or to wait until my pain is gone then continue?

thats good if it hurts
that means u got a good work out
let them rest 2 days then get back onto them

i do abs every other day or every 2 days if i can
but i dont do full ab workouts i just squeeze in a few exercises

thanks, also....what do you mean here ?

it's bad to do full ab workouts in 1 day?

no its not bad but if u do them every other day u dont need to do full ab workouts every day i do like 2 different excercises a day.


also my stomach is tight i never had a gut so i dont need to work on them so much

they'll get sore just like any other muscles.. give them a lil rest and be sure u stretch them out before and after you actually work on them

lay on ur stomach and push yourself up and arched back w/ your hands til u feel ur abs pull tight.. hold it for about 10 seconds and go back down. do that several times and that'll help loosen em up some
